Dr. Shandilya has been a driving force in data, analytics, and A.I. adoption into Insurance, Finance, Health and Digital Marketing. He has developed and launched new services, products, platforms, teams, and centers of excellence, enabling scalability of startups and digital transformation of large enterprises in the era of HPC and big data.

Director of Biomedical and Clinical Informatics Lab (BCIL)
Associate Director of Michigan Institute for Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence (MIDAS).
Associate Director of MCIRCC's (Michigan Center for Integrative Research in Critical Care).
Kayvan has published over 250 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers and written two textbooks in the field of biomedical informatics and artificial intelligence that are being used in many universities, companies and research institutes. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, is a reviewer, Editor-in-Chief for a scientific journal, referee or member of several committees, journals and councils.
He has designed data science solutions for a wide spectrum of computer-aided decision support systems, having over 30 patents in the field of data science, A.I., signal processing, image processing and machine learning. His research has been continuously funded for the last two decades by agencies such as NSF, NIH and DoD as well as private companies and non-profit organizations.
Dr. Najarian has been a co-founder for a number of startup companies and serves as a consultant for large biotech, automakers, banks and financial institutions.
An experienced expert in digital design, Komal Bajpai has helped multiple startups and non-profits launch on the digital front. A proponent and practitioner of empathetic client, employee, and customer relationships, she also serves as an office manager for I.A.B.
